The computer is programmed with the type and location of all materials stored in the carousel and a simple search through its database will quickly and easily locate where the product resides.
With a pick-to light carousel system, the carousels operate as described above, however the system lights up markers beside the carousel and shelf level to indicate exactly where the product is located. Depending on the size of your operation, these carousel systems can pay for themselves in as little as three months time.
