Three Level Span Track Pick Module

Pick Module - Rear View

This three level pick module was just recently removed from a publishing facility. They had only used it for one year prior to selling it and it is literally in like-new condition. The first two levels of this pick module feature a total of 56 qty. - 8' x 134" Span Track Carton Flow Bays for 1344 total pick positions. Each bay consists of 4 shelf levels with 6 tracks per shelf. The Span Track pieces are 12"W x 113.625"L with rollers on 3" c/c. On the third level of this pick module, there are 275. ea - 18" x 96" static shelves outlining the aisle. The exterior of the pick module is designed for restock pallets.

Two Level Carton Flow Module

Pick Module - Span Track

This two level carton flow module features regular carton flow shelves on the lower level with Span-Track on the upper level with a Litton pick to light system. Interlake uprights, posts and beams form the support structure for this pick module, while a 1.5" B-deck with 3/4" plywood forms the second level floor. There are 14 qty. 122" bays with stairs on each end of the mezzanine.

The upper level consits 23 bays of Span-Track of 42" restock rack configured as follows: 4 shelves/bay, 10 spantrack sections/shelf (9.5" x 119.75") with spacer guides & lock pins, 3" c/c. There are 10 pick to lights per shelf for a total of 23 bays.

The lower level consists of 25 bays of 60" x 194" carton flow shelves. Each bay is 2 shelves wide x 4 shelves high and consists of the following: 10 rollers/shelf, 4 guides/shelf, 7 supports/shelf, 12" deep back shelf, 15' rollers & guides and one carton flow upright in the center of each bay.

Span Track Pick Module

1920 total pick positions can be found in this pick module. It has 9 qty. 90" bays and 3 qty. 59" bays. Most beams have adjustable clips to give adjustability to the shelf heights. Each 90" bay consists of 4 pick positions (shelves) and the 59" bays have 2 pick positions.
