Inside Sales Representative

SJF is currently seeking experienced salespeople with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in material handling sales. This position is strictly commission based. Candidate must be located in or near Winsted, MN or willing to relocate.

The following traits are desirable for this position:

Experience with all or some of the following: pallet racking, shelving, conveyor, sortation, forklifts, ASRS, bar coding, and scanning.
A proven record of successful sales to major manufacturers, warehouse facilities, retail chains, and distribution centers is desirable.
Display a sense of urgency toward customer service.
Demonstrate professional selling and negotiation techniques.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Computer software (e.g., Windows, Excel, Word) and Contact Management applications.
