They did all the measuring, planning, and the installtion as well. With their wide selection of racking material, they were able to install racks that best accommodated my needs.

It wasn't a deal where the sales staff disappeared after making the sale. They were on the site working with the installers. They continued to follow up with the project until it was completed. They didn't leave until they knew I was satisfied.
