UBT Overview

The IntelliROL Urethane Belt Transfer Module utilizes a self-contained 24 Volt DC motorized roller to both convey through and/or transfer product off a carrying conveyor. Each zone consists of slave driven carrying rollers from an independent motorized roller. Urethane transfer belts set between the carrying roller lift the product off the rollers and transfer the product 90 degrees left and or right. This control is set by a set of integrated photo eyes.
