Interlake Pallet Rack Guide

Interlake pallet rack is a second very popular style of pallet racking. There are two types of Interlake pallet rack referred to as new style and old style. Interlake new style beams are compatible with any teardrop upright, however interlake old style beams will not fit an Interlake new style upright. Recently Interlake started manufacturing a 'shaved pin' style beam connector that is compatible with both new style and old style. This can be confusing, so please check with your SJF representative to make sure you verify that your beams and uprights will work together. Interlake pallet racking is most commonly colored orange (beams) and green (uprights).

USED AS-IS

This material is sold "As Is, Where Is". Units are overall straight and structurally sound but have not been cleaned, prepped or repainted in any way. Often this material will still have stickers or labels on it from previous use but still retains all the capacity and structural integrity of reconditioned or new pallet rack and is priced accordingly.

RECONDITIONED

(Best Seller since 1979)

Reconditioned pallet rack is used rack that goes through SJF's legendary 5 step refurbishing process, the end result being rack with the look and durability of new but at a cost that is considerably less.

SJF's 5 Step Refurbishing process

• Initially, all old stickers, tags, etc. are removed from the surfaces
• Each item is thoroughly inspected for structural damage and/or missing components which are repaired or replaced as needed
• Each item is then cleaned and preped for paint using ultra high-speed cobalt brushes specifically designed to remove rust & residue without conpromising the structural integrety of the metal
• Once prepped, items are painted using a specially formulated paint which is heated and applied electrostatically utilizing a state of the art bond & paint system
• Freshly painted materials are staged for cool down and curing before being sorted, segregated, banded, packaged and palletized for shipment to our clients
