Guardrail

Stand Guard guardrail is Save-Ty's American-made steel barrier system for separating forklift traffic from pedestrians, racking, and equipment. The all-welded, lift-out rails drop into welded post sleeves with no bolts or brackets, so damaged sections replace individually. Rated for 10,000 lbs at 5 mph, with 18"–42" posts and 2'–10' rail lengths.

Flue Spacers

Save-Ty flue spacers are powder-coated steel accessories that hold required flue-space clearance in pallet rack for passive fire protection and fire-code compliance. Frame-mounted Flue Spacers maintain a 3" gap on each side of the rack frame; beam-mounted Center Flue Spacers create 6" of spacing between back-to-back pallet loads.

Backstops

Save-Ty pallet backstops keep pallets from overtraveling into flue spaces, walls, and back-to-back racking. Beam Pallet Stops slide over the rack beam in flush, 3", or 6" configurations and also secure waterfall wire decking. Floor Pallet Stops anchor to the slab (3/8" steel, 7" × 6" × 4") for wall and perimeter positioning.
